Warehouse Stationery Return Promise

In line with the fair trading act, a refund may be obtained when proof of purchase is provided, if a product is defective, unfit for purpose or doesn’t match the demonstration or sample.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the product/s within 14 days in a saleable condition, in its original package together with all accessories and a proof of purchase in order to obtain a refund at the original purchase price. Products will not be accepted for refund after 14 days.

In any case where the item is deemed faulty, or has a manufacturing fault we reserve the right to repair or replace the item when it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Due to copyright and other issues an exchange or refund is only available on the following products if the product is defective:

  • DVD’s
  • CD’s
  • PC and gaming console software
  • Software
  • Confectionery
  • Consumables
  • Printer cartridges (when packaging is opened.)
  • Customer ordered non ranged stock

We will issue you with a return number which must appear on the packaging of the items to be returned. If the product you receive is faulty we will arrange for our courier to uplift and return the item(s). Customers who incorrectly order product will incur the cost of return delivery. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase complete with packaging slip or invoice.

Product can be returned to Warehouse Stationery with the exception of product not in our range and specifically procured on behalf of individual companies. Warehouse Stationery cannot accept returns of opened printer cartridge packages or any software purchase unless defective. With any goods for return please contact Warehouse Stationery direct as our retail stores are unable to process these.

Proof of purchase is required to obtain a refund or exchange.
