Comfortable! Wheels didn't move so well, got stuck, and left black marks on the floor. Crumbs and dust got in the small holes in the chair. The lever on the chair (to go up and down, back and forward) didn't lock in place very well. It became lose every now and then when you leant back onto the chair. Turns yellow after a few years. I wouldn't really recommend it... (i'm having to buy a new desk chair 2 years later)
