Excited to purchase my new photo printer, had trouble connecting to my home PC and also printing photos from my phone. Previous printer was a breeze to set up, unfortunately I'm still setting this up after a couple of hours. Prints great on A4 and double side works great. Yet to print photos. Fingers crossed.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Just bought this printer & it wasn’t printing a picture properly. Thought maybe just because it’s the 1st use I’ll try again. Printed worse. Cleaned, aligned, & did everything I could with the ink & it just kept getting worse & worse. Then it was out of ink!!! I’m taking it back tomorrow.

Brought printer in a hurry shortly before lock down as needed for work....after two weeks and less than 200 pages out of ink...no generic inks available and replacement ink $170 for set which will only give me 400 pages...I intend to bin this machine and go back to my old Epson

Printer looks the part in any home office but boy does it guzzle the ink! Would not recommend this printer if you need print often.

Terrible printer. It guzzles ink like nothing else, and limits what you can print unless you have pretty much full ink cartridges. I really regret buying an HP printer. Brother printers are much, much better.
