My wife is 5'4" and this chair, although extremely soft and plush is too big for her - both the seat depth and height don't go low enough for her even on the lowest settings. I'm 5'7" and the seat height on the lowest setting is ok for me but I would like it to go a little lower, the large seat depth means the back of my calves are almost touching the edge of the seat which is ok but not ideal according to ergonomic experts. The foam is extremely comfortable and the back rest wraps around and holds you without an aggressive lumbar support - if you like aggressive lumbar support then I'd recommend trying the $300 Jasper J advance chair instead especially if you are under 5'9" (I have one of these as well). There are 4x ergonomic adjustments on this chair which are seat height, back rest height, seat tilt, back rest tilt (all independant of each other). The foam and fabric material feel comfortable and of good quality and the plastic feels robust - feels almost on par with my $800 Eden chair. There are also holes to attach aftermaket arm rests if you need. It creeks a bit but even $3k herman miller chairs make noise - most people don't realise this but there is no such thing as a silent ergonomic office chair - if you want silent then get something with absolutely no adjustments or moving parts - like a dining chair. I'm giving it 5 stars even though it isn't ideal sizing wise for me or my wife, but thats not the chairs fault.

Like the chair as it is exactly what i was looking for - not bulky and fitting in nicely with a small home office. Actually ended up buying two.

I paid a high price to get this chair because I wanted something high quality and comfortable, and I am offended at the extremely poor quality of the chair. The materials are extremely cheap. The chair back is not solid, and it moves side-to-side. The foam is cheap and doesn't cushion you well. It says it has a comfort rating of 8 hours, but I had painful hamstrings after half an hour of using the chair. The design is awful. I've purchased chairs for under $100 brand new that are far more comfortable than this. I'd like to know why the price of this chair is so high, and the materials are so cheap. I'll be getting a refund, and I am so put off that I won't be ordering from Warehouse Stationary ever again. Do yourself a favour and don't buy this without trying it first. Once you do, you won't want to buy it.

Very comfortable. Looks great in red. Would recommend for guys: seat base is good for long legs and wider back gives good support for shoulders. As with previous review, chose this on sale instead of cheaper options, and is worth it.

I've had this chair for a few weeks now. Was initially after a cheaper chair but ended up going for this one and so glad I did. What a difference when doing long stretches at the computer! Highly recommended. Kiwi made too, which is cool.
