Introducing the AoG purchasing card

The AoG purchasing card makes it easy to access exclusive pricing for Government agencies participating in the AoG Office Supplies Generation III contract. You can use it at any Warehouse Stationery store throughout New Zealand or online, to access a wide range of products at AoG rates.

Who’s it for?

Where can I use it?

You can currently use your AoG purchasing card at any Warehouse Stationery store or online, by signing into your account here. You must present the physical card in store to access your account and receive AoG pricing.

Can I still use my BizRewards card?

Yes, you can still use your BizRewards card, but you will not be able to access exclusive government pricing. Use your AoG card to access exclusive government pricing, but remember that you will not qualify for rewards on any purchases.

If I am an existing BizRewards Member, will I need to apply for an AoG card?

Yes, you will need to apply for an AoG card. To apply please apply here .

How do I find out if I’m eligible?

Do I get exclusive pricing on everything in store?

You will receive AoG rates on the AoG catalogue of products which is selected from the most purchased products across Government. The AoG catalogue products will deliver agencies the greatest savings as well as the peace of mind that their purchase is supporting the Broader Outcomes objectives by reducing carbon emissions, packaging waste and driving sustainability. AoG customers will also receive commercial preferential pricing on the full Warehouse Stationery range.

How do I access my AoG exclusive pricing?

You can access AoG exclusive pricing online, by signing into your account here, or by presenting your AoG Purchasing card in store.

Can I use my AoG purchasing card at other Warehouse Group companies?

Your AoG purchasing card only relates to the AoG Office Supplies Generation III contract with Warehouse Stationery.

How long does it take for me to receive my AoG purchasing card?

Once you have submitted all the necessary documentation, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your account is ready to go. Upon receipt of your confirmation email cards take 7-10 days to arrive. If you have not received your card please let us know via [email protected].

Can I order more than one AoG purchasing card for my business?

Yes, you can order additional cards. Please contact your account manager to request additional cards.
