No software available to connect to new generation of Apple computers so pretty much useless

Does not support macOS 11 despite claiming to. Brother have not made drivers for this latest version of macOS for this printer. Air print on Mac does not work. Brother iPrint app works but only supports pdf or images, not word docs. Brother iPrint app on Android does work however. Confirmed all the above with brother tech support who recommended I return it for a refund.

This printer takes up to 24hrs to connect to the network after it has been turned on, this makes for very slow printing. A small domestic printer should not require its own IT department to get it working. None of our other devices/printers have this problem. Might give up on it and try another brand.

This wifi printer would not print emails from my iPad. After much discussion with the Brother helpline, realised this printer was unsuitable. With their usual excellent service, Warehouse Stationery gave a full refund when the printer was returned.

Simple to set up, easy to use. Would recommend!

I've had no problems with this printer, I did need a cable to install to Vodaphone's Ultrahub for their fibre service, but once done it functions perfectly wirelessly.

The toner is running low and I've printed 425 pages since I got it. Nothing toner-heavy. I expected I'd get about half the max number of pages out of a toner cartridge with the sorts of things I print, so it's shaping up to reach that estimate. I'm thinking this means it's got a decent '1,000 page' cartridge in it when you buy it.

It struggles with thinnish card stock, but if you nudge it over the first bit, it feeds through and prints well.

The print is a bit messy, there are small stray random blotches and it often comes out a bit 'streaky'/not as full as other times.

All in all, good for the price and the only mono laser I was able to find under a hundred dollars. I'm happy I spent the money on it. It's only jammed once, which was my fault. It's a little trooper.

Amazing printer, easy to set up on my internet box, no wires, simple and easy to use! Highly recommended this printer! 'BROTHER' is a good brand!

We just wanted a basic printer for printing internal paperwork and this little machine is great. No wires too which is handy.
