The HP software is a pain, it works like something from the early 2000's and it updates every few months and you have to relog on to use the printer. to top it off sometimes you have to redo all your info and settings. The HP app is also incredibly slow. We have 4 of these printers we will be going with another brand next time.

The printer is fine, however Warehouse Stationery only ever seem to have one of the toner colours available. I would have thought is they were going to sell a printer they would also make the consumables available

It was so easy to set up wirelessly. No problems printing. Was able to get it at a great price, as it was on special. It does everything I want it to do. Have had a lot of Hp products in the past and they have all been excellent.
