Store returns

Not 100% happy with your purchase? We’ll replace or refund it, no worries.

You must return goods to a store within 14 days, in their original condition, including the packaging, with the receipt.

Note - the following items can only be replaced or refunded if faulty:

  • software
  • opened inks or toners
  • mobile phones, tablets, printers, laptops and PCs (and other technology products)
  • special customer orders.

 

Repairs

We’ll repair faulty goods under a manufacturer’s warranty. If unrepairable, we’ll replace the item.

And of course we’ll honour your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

 

Online purchase returns

Returning goods purchased online is easy: call Customer Services on 0800 222 246 or email info@stationery.co.nz.

We’ll provide a Returns Number for you to note on the packing slip when returning the item.

the item is faulty

We’ll send a courier to collect it.

you mis-ordered a normal stocked item

  • Call Customer Services OR
  • Return it to any store, with your proof of purchase
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original, unopened packaging.
