Managing Your Membership

 

Before you can access these membership functions, you need to Register.

You can change any of your membership details by going to the My Account link.

Here, you can:

  • Update your personal details in My Information (name, email, password)
  • Update your billing or delivery address details in Manage Your Addresses
  • Update your payment details in My Payment Settings
  • Check the status of your latest order and previous order history in My Order History
  • View, update and shop from your shopping lists in My Lists
  • Place an order fast using the Quick Shop facility (if you know the product ID).

 

BizRewards Business Membership

As a BizRewards Business Member, in addition to the above, you can also:

  • Manage your BizRewards points in Manage Points
  • Manage your invoicing, statements and account type (points only or credit) in Credit & Invoicing
  • View and manage details for users in your organisation in Manage Users (change account status and access privileges)
  • Manage BizRewards cardholder settings, order or cancel cards in Manage BizRewards Cards
  • View pending, approved or denied requisitions and manage requisitions in My Requisitions (depending on your role).
